To apply your foundation, you can either use a brush or a beauty blender. Make sure there are no visible lines or streaks by blending it well.
Cover up those dark circles with a luminizing concealer. Pay special attention to the inner corners, where it is often darker.
Blend it in gently with a blending sponge, starting at the outside corner and working your way inward, much like you would when applying eye cream
Use a flat makeup brush to apply colors from a neutral eyeshadow palette. To make the color pop, move it from the inner to the outside corner of your eye
