Shrimp Salad Appetizers 

Ingredients: – 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined – 1/2 cup mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

– 2 green onions, thinly sliced – Salt and pepper to taste – Lettuce leaves or cucumber slices for serving – Optional: chopped fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions: 1. Chop the cooked shrimp into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until well combined.

1. Add the chopped celery and green onions to the bowl with the shrimp. 2. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir until everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the shrimp salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
