Quick Ravioli & Spinach Soup

Ingredients 2 cartons (32 ounces each) chicken broth 1/4 teaspoon onion powder Dash pepper

1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated small cheese ravioli 4 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach (about 4 ounces) 3 cups shredded cooked chicken Grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Directions Put the broth, pepper, and onion powder in a big pot and heat until it boils. Cook the ravioli for 7 to 10 minutes, uncovered, or until it is soft.

The last three minutes of cooking are when you add the chicken and spinach. Top with cheese, if you'd like.
