Directions Assemble all components and set oven temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, condensed milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
Lower the oven's temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and bake for an additional 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted one inch from the crust comes out clean. Before serving, allow to cool.
