Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground ginger ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon salt 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions Assemble all components and set oven temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).

In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, condensed milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.

Bake for fifteen minutes in a preheated oven.

Lower the oven's temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and bake for an additional 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted one inch from the crust comes out clean. Before serving, allow to cool.
