Pecan Pie without Corn Syrup 

Ingredients: – 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade) – 1 cup maple syrup – 3/4 cup brown sugar – 3 egg – 1/4 cup melted butter

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 1/2 cups pecan halve

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges as desired. Set aside.

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. 2. Arrange the pecan halves evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.

1. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the pecans, ensuring they are evenly coated. 2. Carefully transfer the pie to the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
